He currently serves as a Vice President for Halcyon where he leverages his extensive experience to guide partners and customers in developing robust security programs.

He actively engages with the cyber community, sharing insights and best practices drawn from over 20 years in the industry, including multiple CIO, CISO, and board roles. His focus is on fostering resilience in security operations and addressing the unique challenges faced by businesses today.

Hayslip’s previous executive roles include multiple CISO, CIO, Deputy Director of IT, and Chief Privacy Officer roles for the U.S. Navy (Active Duty), the U.S. Navy (Federal Government employee), the City of San Diego, California, and Webroot Software.
