Vincas is a security management professional with over 20 years of experience in information security and threat intelligence. He is currently Principal Researcher at Nisos, a Managed Threat Intelligence Company headquartered outside of Washington, DC.
In his time in the security sector, Vincas has worked with private and public sector organizations of all sizes in nearly every corner of the globe. Prior to joining the team at Nisos, Vincas was an offensive and defensive information security expert within the US Intelligence and Federal Law Enforcement Communities.
He has spoken publicly on topics such as the Russian Fronton Disinformation IoT Botnet and was recently cited in Reuters, Voice of America and the Washington Post relating to nation-state cyber campaigns including Venezuelan disinformation and the Russian Cold River Group threat actor.
